sunrises and sunsets, sun and fun at the beach, and the
natural beauty of our marshes and bays?

Reserve one of our Deluxe RV Rentals at
Treasure Beach RV Park.

RV Rental Units sleep four (One Dbl + 2 bunks) and include a fully functional kitchen with gas stove,
microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware with utensils. Facilities include full bath, furnished living
room with Cable TV, wireless internet, heat and a/c. There is a covered patio with picnic table, and a
fire-ring with an adjustable cooking grill. Close to the Laundromat, General Store, Activity Center,
Arcade and Pools/Playground area. Guests must bring their own towels, washcloths, bed sheets, and
pillow cases. Pillows are included.
No Pets allowed. RV Rental units are ALL NON-SMOKING. No Overnight Guests allowed
Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 10AM. . |

Terms & Conditions:
• A two night Reservation Deposit is required within 14 days of time of booking in order to secure the reservation.
• In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of $250 is required at check-in. Security deposits will be
returned either in full or part after inspection has been completed by Park staff.
• Reservation Deposits are refundable if Cancellations are received 30 days or more in advance. Cancellations
made less than 30 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of the Reservation Deposit. All cancellations
must be written and sent by FAX (302-436-9515) or emailed to camping@TreasureBeachRVPark.com.
• There is a $30 early Check-in Fee before 3 PM (if unit is cleaned and ready to go) and a $30 late Check-Out
Fee (until 3PM) IF we can accommodate this request.
• This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be
responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. |
