Regulations at Treasure Beach Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park

This is a family campground. Family consists of Mother, Father and dependent Children (not to exceed a total of five [5] if on a daily or long term daily site). Additional persons must pay the posted rate.

Short term reservations require a minimum 2-day deposit due within 10 days. Refund of reservation deposit will be made if Treasure Beach RV Park is notified in writing 30 days prior to reservation date of occupancy.

All Renters at Treasure Beach RV Park must register with the office before setting up on a site and must not move from this designated site without permission from the office.

Only two cars are permitted per site. All others must be parked in the parking lot.

Unlicensed motorbikes and/or motorized scooters are prohibited. Motorcycles may be used for ingress and egress only to sites. Posted speed limits must be observed.

This is a family RV Park and we welcome small pets if kept on a leash and do not disturb others. Cleanup is required and is the responsibility of each owner. These pets are not to be left alone at any time.

Excessive noise and/or objectionable language will not be tolerated and can be cause for eviction from the Park.

No persons other than the persons registered in the office may use a recreational vehicle in the RV Park without paying the visitor rate. Violation of this rule may be cause for eviction of the persons renting the site. CO­OWNERSHIP IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN

Fires are permitted in proper fireplaces and are to be supervised by adults. All fires are to be put out by 12:00 midnight and debris cleaned up. We do not supply fire rings.

Permission must be obtained from Management before anchoring recreational vehicles or sheds. Any Park equipment damaged while anchoring shall be replaced by the renter.

Only one boat permitted per site. Special exceptions may be granted waterfront sites on individual basis. All boats must display a current registration sticker and be registered with Treasure Beach office. Boats and pontoons cannot be stored in/or at end of Cove Road at any time.

Sites are to be kept clean at all times.

Recreational vehicles at Treasure Beach RV Park to be used solely by owner. No rental of units is permitted.
